About Maggie

I’ve spent the last 9 years of my career building and growing D2C, B2C and B2B companies across different industries, from retail to real estate to tech. I specialize in defining the brand experience and generating customer success through intelligent operation systems, creative sales and partnerships methods and innovative product strategy. While I’ve targeted many different consumer market segments, I specialize in capturing the Millennial and Gen Z audiences. At almost every company I’ve worked for, I’ve been a key player in pivoting their business model, diversifying their business channels or developing new revenue streams in reaction to the consumer landscape or internal restructuring. I’ve been the first full-time hire and I’ve managed a team of 30 - whether it’s being an independent self-starter or leading multiple departments, I’m ready to grow roots in my next role.

My career has been equally split between traditional retail and tech startups. I’m looking for a company that marries the two, where I can be the connective tissue between innovative digital platforms and classic consumer retail. From opening brick-and-mortar stores to building a tech platform from inception to launch, from hiring to fundraising, from merchandising to customer support - I’ve been involved in every stage of building a company and I’m ready to help shape and grow something new.

I grew up in both Los Angeles and New York City, and I currently reside in Brooklyn. Though I’m based in New York, I’m open to remote full-time opportunities as well as contract consulting projects.
