Product Management

In her last role at Bulletin as VP of Product & Customer Success, Maggie built an online wholesale platform from inception to public launch, garnering strong product management and product strategy skills. She collaborated with the company's two co-founders to develop the vision, strategy and go-to-market needs, working through ambiguous areas from start to finish. She partnered with design and engineering to shape and deliver the admin and customer user experiences by using qualitative and quantitative methods to surface unmet needs and product opportunities. She systematically revealed opportunities for improvement or automation and pinpointed problems before they became pain points. She's hoping to translate this 3 years of product experience to new opportunities.
